The sessions get me focused on how I am going to eat, what other exercise I am going to do to supplement our sessions, how I will avoid injury and how to maximize my health on a holistic level. My body is stronger, faster, healthier than it has ever been and I have achieved all of the goals that we have set, from number of pull-ups, to time to complete a 5k, to fat content all while remaining injury free. I was able to achieve these goals in part because of my hard work but I could not achieve them without the direction and inspiration of John Johnson.
